The service

Clary is a journal for perimenopause and menopause. It lets you log sleep and symptoms, see simple patterns, make a summary for a doctor, and optionally send a weekly update to one partner. It is made by Tuned In Labs Ltd, company number 17502320, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.

Not medical advice

Clary is not a doctor, not a medical device, and not a diagnosis. The summary is your own record, written so an appointment is easier. Plans for sleep and strength are general ideas, not a prescription. Talk to a clinician about symptoms, treatment, HRT and exercise, especially if you have joint pain, dizziness or a bone-density diagnosis. If you need urgent help, contact emergency services or NHS 111.

Accounts and partners

You can use the journal on one phone without an account. Linking a partner needs an account. You choose what is shared. Do not share a code with anyone who should not see that weekly update. You must be 18 or over.

Clary Plus

The free app includes the check-in, patterns and the doctor summary. Clary Plus is described at £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year and is meant to cover the partner link and the sleep and strength plans for one household. App Store and Google Play billing is not connected in this version. A “Plus preview” switch in the app does not take payment. When billing is live, the store’s own terms will cover renewal and cancellation, and the price on the store page is the one that applies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to read someone else’s log, or present Clary’s summary as a clinical test. We may suspend an account that is used to harm someone.

Liability

We provide Clary with reasonable care. We do not promise that patterns or summaries are complete or that a doctor will act on them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says cannot be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Clary Plus in the previous 12 months, or £50 if you have not paid.
